Navajo Joe serves Modern American South-western cuisine, food inspired by five major influences; West Coast USA, Pueblo Indian, Native American, Spanish and Mexican. The flavours of our food are strong, immediate, very natural and full of life. The cuisine is expressive, simple in spirit and robust. Navajo Joe’s cuisine creates a bridge between the old and the new, recreating the historical spirit of the West.
