A weekly changing menu. Cooked daily to ensure all produce is fresh. Sourced from the UK where possible, the menu tends to be seasonal. Specialising in Beef and seafood. Beef is from Aberdeen Angus stock and hung for a minimum of 28 days.

The Kitchen is open from 12 midday until 10pm from Monday through Friday.

Enrico Sator has been cooking in London's Gastro pubs for over fifteen years as either Head or Executive chef. Origionally from Tuscany, his native Italian influences can be seen in his British sourced cooking.
