The Bear is situated opposite the picturesque St John’s gate, 2 minutes walk from Farringdon tube station in Clerkenwell.

We have two floors at The Bear which can be hired. We have Music facilities on each floor, so all you need to do is bring your on ipod, laptop or you can hire your equipment for your DJ and everything is set up on your arrival.. We can obtain a late licence till 2am on both floors for a charge of £60.

THE BEAR (GROUND FLOOR)
The ground floor bar holds up to 70 people. The floor can be reserved exclusively or an area can be sectioned off for your party. If you wish to take the floor exclusively we would require a minimum spend of £800. A deposit of £200 is required which is added to the minimum spend.

HIBERNATE (FIRST FLOOR)
The first floor bar holds up to 150 people and as the ground floor can be reserved. The minimum spend for the room exclusively is £1200. We would require a deposit of £250 which is added to the minimum spend.

Buffet or canapé menus can be served. They start from £7 er head.
Drink prices are normal pub prices.
