Founded in 1723, and directly facing the spectacular architecture of the Royal Courts of Justice, The George is a traditional English pub with a great reputation for outstanding service and excellent food.



We have a great selection of beers and cask marque accredited real ales on offer, an extensive wine list and range of malt whiskeys. The famous George carvery serves Mon - Fri 12pm-3.



Our function room is available for hire 7 days a week, and we have a full function menu tailored to suit every occasion.
