Our Kitchen is run by John Gray who has spent all his working life in the catering enviroment working in various roles and gaining experience in cooking.
Much of Johns experience was gained in a service environment due to his work in various Officers Mess locations.
This has led to a good attention to detail with food and high Standards.
When John Gray is not working or at busy times John Harris takes the helm and hiis experience was gained in his previous Greene King Pub.
So well do they work together that it is difficult to work out which one has actually cooked your meal.

The Meat we use in our meals is sourced locally from T&L; Cooper at Aldington.
