Description : Hello! Welcome to my little pub.

I bought it on my birthday in October 2001 since when it has become something of a landmark in Barnes - albeit a little tricky to find.

I have designed the pub to be modern and stylish but with slightly more than a nod to tradition. The walls are adorned with a huge variety of wrong-time-telling clocks, there are lots of candles and fresh flowers everywhere and a real fire in the winter months.

On the rare occasions the weather allows, I have a beautiful secluded garden, a sun trap during the day and a romantic, candle lit spot for al fresco dining on balmy evenings.

I have a small, frequently changing menu comprising mainly organic ingredients. The food is described as: Simple, seasonal and sensational! I am proud of the huge number of awards and accolades I have accumulated over the years. I think that my food offering is extraordinary value for money and hope that you will agree.

I have never forgotten that this is a pub. Therefore I offer at least 10 draught beers and many more in bottles not to mention a mind boggling array of spirits (great for cocktails) and a very carefully selected, almost entirely organic wine list, nearly all by the glass. There is always something going on here. Parties, live music, dinner specials - but whatever it is you will always receive a big smile and an appreciative welcome.

Come and join the eclectic mix of locals, diners, drinkers and an ever increasing list of celebrities from music, screen and field in what is often described as ‘London’s best secret pub'
