Description :	The Antelope is a hidden treasure of a pub located just around the corner from Sloane Square. The pub’s cosy corners are ideal for a catch-up with friends or even just to shelter from stormy weather in front of it’s open fire at the back of the pub; there is also plenty of space upstairs for those who wish to eat some home-cooked pub food. Some high-profile celebrities have been spotted here, consuming a few quiet drinks, as they are able to hide away in one of the two ‘Snug’ areas, or be swallowed up in one of the leather sofas or armchairs. This pub offers 4 great Fullers ales all year round, Chiswick, London Pride, ESB & Discovery, as well as a 5th ‘Guest Ale’ in the winter months. The food offer is traditional British pub fayre offering all the staples such as Fish & Chips, Sausage & Mash and Steak & Guinness Pie, as well as sandwiches and bar snacks for those who want to share or have a less substantial meal. The Antelope also benefits from having a large upstairs room with a bar that can be opened for private parties, an ideal location for occasions such as engagement parties where private bar and buffet are desired. This room can also be hired out by the hour for meetings and has a 42" LCD screen that can be linked up to laptops for presentations. Downstairs in the main bar, cricket memorabilia covers one of the walls and The Antelopian cricket team regularly gathers here to bask in the glories of their weekend triumphs, or drown their sorrows after a rare defeat! And there is plenty of standing room at this bar, situated as it is in the middle of the pub with service available on all 4 sides. In brief it is a fabulous pub with some great stories to tell!
